Once dog members are admitted to Dioji, no reservations are required for dog daycare at the Athletic Club and Puppy Play School.

Reservations are required for the following services:

Resort Stay (Overnight Boarding)

To maintain the highest quality care, we limit the number of overnight dog boarding guests each evening. Thus, club member reservations are required for overnight dog boarding stays. We recommend booking at least one week in advance during non-holidays, and one to two months in advance for holiday stays.

Deposit	We require a valid credit card to book each overnight dog boarding reservation. A deposit of 50% of the estimated total stay will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable if proper cancellation notice is given (please see cancellation policy).
Cancellation Policy	Kindly give at least 24-hours notice for a resort stay cancellation. Failing to cancel within the proper time frame for an overnight dog boarding holiday stay will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
Holiday Period	Dioji’s Holiday Period for overnight dog boarding resort stays includes the following nights (2008-2009): Winter Holiday Season (2008) November 24th – January 5th

Signature Spa (Grooming, Massage & More!)

As there are limited appointments available each day, all Signature Spa services require reservations. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all dog grooming, dog massage and dog aqua fitness services. Please be advised that failing to cancel within the proper time frame will result in full service charges.

Dog Training Classes

Each 6-week class is limited to only 8 dogs, call now to reserve your space in this popular dog training class.

Transportation

Please reserve a space as soon as possible, as dog transportation is popular and books quickly. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all dog transportation services. Failing to cancel within the proper time frame for a dog transportation holiday reservation will result in full service charges.
